Each research is reviewed by at least two specialized reviewers. The Editorial Board bases its decision for acceptance, revision or rejection of the paper upon the advice of at least two reviewers, whose identities are not disclosed to the authors. Suggestions and criticism of the reviewers, designed to improve the quality of the papers, are communicated to the authors to revise their papers accordingly. [This process costs L.E 100 for the Egyptians and US $ 100 for non- Egyptians].
Each published article was independently seen before by two scientific reviewers as a blind peer-review.
